Complexity:  Easy


  • 4 4oz skinless salmon fillets
  • 3 – 4 tbsp basil pesto (we used Del Mano’s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Cooking spray


  1. Place the salmon fillets in a bowl.

  2. Season with the pesto, salt, black pepper and lime juice. Ensure the salmon is well covered with the pesto. Let marinate for ½ hour to 1 hour.

  3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  4. Spray a broiling rack with cooking spray. Place the salmon on the rack.

  5. Place in the preheated oven and cook for 10 – 12 minutes or until the salmon is just cooked. Remove and serve.
