- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup lowfat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of syntrax nectar whey protein isolate double stuffed cookie flavor
- 1 tbsp sugarfree blueberry or strawberry spread/jam
- Garnish: Pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
- Extra coconut oil for greasing
- Mix first 3 ingredients together
- Place in freezer for 15 minutes or until firm
- Pour in glass and top with jam and garnish.
- Serve cold.
