- 1 loaf French bread or baguette
- 5 – 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz butter, softened
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Slice the loaf of bread into 1- inch slices, but do not slice right through.
Mix together the butter, garlic and parsley.
Spread this mixture in between each slice and spread on top of the loaf.
Wrap the loaf in foil, leaving the top of the loaf exposed.
Place in preheated oven for 5 – 7 minutes or just until the butter is melted and the top of the bread is toasted. Serve immediately.
