- 2 chicken breasts sliced/cubed
- 1 RANI coconut flatbread
- Adobo seasoning, garlic
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of ½ lemon or lime
Slice Chicken breasts and season with adobo, garlic, Worcestershire, lemon and saute in a little olive oil until cooked.
Place cooked slices onto one half of the RANI Coconut Flatbread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with lettuce and tomatoes. Fold in half to make sandwich.
Toast lightly and serve.
