Spicy Organic Pasta with Argentine sausages

  • 1 pack organic pasta
  • 1lb Argentine sausage
  • 1 bottle bolognese sauce meat or veg
  • 3 med tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 med onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


  1. Bake sausage in oven on low heat for 15 min if sausage is raw, if not
  2. Boil pasta in salted water set aside drizzle with olive oil
  3. Cut all vegetables in slices / chopped the tomatoes and set aside
  4. Remove sausage from oven and slice to desired cut, add olive oil to sauté pan and cook sausage until lightly brown to ensure inside is cooked, remove from out and add garlic and paprika cook for a few min.
  5. Add onions and peppers and continue cooking return sausages to pan and add chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup of bolognese sauce, and Parmesan cheese,
  6. Add cooked pasta with Italian seasoning and tossed for a few min removed from heat and add more cheese as desired. Serve hot.
