Complexity: Easy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 12 – 15 blades shadon beni
- Pinch of sugar
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Pusle or blend until the mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If sauce is too thick add a little more vinegar to thin.

Store in a glas bottle in the refrigerator.
