CREAMY SHADON BENI SAUCE

Complexity: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 12 – 15 blades shadon beni
  • Pinch of sugar

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

  2. Pusle or blend until the mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If sauce is too thick add a little more vinegar to thin.

  3. Store in a glas bottle in the refrigerator.
