- 4 bread rolls, halved (we love this with hops bread)
- Saltfish bujol
- Slices of cheddar cheese
- Slices of avocado (optional)
- Pepper sauce
- Spread mayonnaise on bottom half of the bread.
- Top with bujol, cheese and avocado slices if using.
- Dot with pepper sauce and spread the top half of the bread with mustard.
- Cover with the top half and enjoy.
