SCRAMBLE EGGS & HAM RANIPANINI

Complexity:  Easy

Ingredients:

  • Scrambled eggs
  • Bacon/Ham/Deli
  • Salt & pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Heat bacon/ham/deli meat in olive oil, with salt pepper and cayenne pepper.

  2. Place onto half of one RANI Coconut Flatbread. Top with cheese and scrambled eggs.

  3. Fold and toast for 2 minutes until crispy. Add lettuce and tomatoes if desired.
