Complexity: Easy

  • 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp fresh green seasoning
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp pepper sauce
  • Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  1. Rinse chicken breasts under running water and pat dry. Cut each breast into large bite sized pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients except the oil and mix well. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over high heat.
  4. Add the chicken and let cook for a minute or two before moving or turning the pieces. Reduce the heat to medium high and turn the pieces to allow the other side to brown. Let cook for a few more minutes tossing the chicken in the pan intermittently.
  5. Remove when chicken is cooked and let rest for approximately 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your favourite creamy dipping sauce.
