Complexity: Easy
Ingredients:
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp fresh green seasoning
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp pepper sauce
- Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
-
Rinse chicken breasts under running water and pat dry. Cut each breast into large bite sized pieces and place in a bowl.
-
Add all the remaining ingredients except the oil and mix well. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
-
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over high heat.
-
Add the chicken and let cook for a minute or two before moving or turning the pieces. Reduce the heat to medium high and turn the pieces to allow the other side to brown. Let cook for a few more minutes tossing the chicken in the pan intermittently.
-
Remove when chicken is cooked and let rest for approximately 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your favourite creamy dipping sauce.
