- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp green seasoning
- 2 tbsp ground geera
- 1 tbsp amchar masala
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp pepper sauce (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well preferably by hand to ensure the ingredients are incorporated into the meat. Do not over mix.
Shape into small meatballs of equal size.
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Fry the meatballs in oil turning occasionally to brown an all sides, approximately 5 – 7 minutes.
Drain on a paper towel.
Place on a serving platter and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
