- 2 small pork tenderloins, washed and trimmed of excess fat
- 2 tbsp fresh green seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- ½ – ¾ tsp cayenne pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
Slice the tenderloins in even slices or cubes and place in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well so that the pork is evenly coated with the seasoning. Let marinade for at least half hour.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Working in batches, add the pork to the hot oil and sear on one side. Turn over and let cook until done.
Serve with a creamy dip for as an appetizer or with a salad for a satisfying meal.
