- 1 – 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp fresh green seasoning
- Juice of ½ lime
- ¼ tsp pepper sauce or cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, paprika, chilli powder, green seasoning, lime juice and pepper sauce. Let marinate for a while, about ½ hour.
Heat the oil in a large saute pan over high heat.
Saute shrimp in a even layer, turning onto the other side after 1 – 2 minutes. Let finish cooking for another minute.
Remove and serve with a dipping sauce.
