- 2 – 3 packs black pepper prunes
- ¾ part brandy
- ¼ part tequila
- 1 – 2 pieces scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
Place the prunes in a large bottle or container with the pepper pieces if using.
Add the brandy and tequila. The alcohol should cover the prunes.
Leave to soak at least 1 day before serving. The longer the prunes soak the more alcohol they will absorb.
