SPIKED PEPPER PRUNES

Complexity: Easy

Ingredients

  • 2 – 3 packs black pepper prunes
  • ¾ part brandy
  • ¼ part tequila
  • 1 – 2 pieces scotch bonnet pepper (optional)

Directions:

  1.  Place the prunes in a large bottle or container with the pepper pieces if using.
  2. Add the brandy and tequila. The alcohol should cover the prunes.

  3. Leave to soak at least 1 day before serving. The longer the prunes soak the more alcohol they will absorb.
