SWEET SPOT JAVA MOCHA PROFITEROLES

Ingredients

  • Choux pastry puffs
  • Sweet Spot Java Mocha Ice Cream
  • Chocolate Ganache:
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 8 ozs semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp instant coffee granules

Directions:

  1. Chocolate ganache Mix all ingredients into the top of a double boiler over simmering water until the chocolate has melted into the cream and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Scoop Sweet Spot java mocha ice cream into an empty puff shell then drizzle the chocolate ganache over the filled puff.
  3. Serve immediately
