- Sweet Spot Java Mocha Ice Cream
- Chocolate Ganache:
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 8 ozs semi sweet chocolate chips
- ½ tsp instant coffee granules
- Chocolate ganache Mix all ingredients into the top of a double boiler over simmering water until the chocolate has melted into the cream and the mixture is smooth.
- Scoop Sweet Spot java mocha ice cream into an empty puff shell then drizzle the chocolate ganache over the filled puff.
- Serve immediately
