  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl flake tuna with a fork, add egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Shape into tiny bite size balls.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and fry tuna bites on all sides until they are golden brown in colour.
  4. Drain on paper towel and serve with toothpicks. Serve with a creamy dip.
