- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 egg beaten
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl flake tuna with a fork, add egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together.
Shape into tiny bite size balls.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and fry tuna bites on all sides until they are golden brown in colour.
Drain on paper towel and serve with toothpicks. Serve with a creamy dip.
