  • 8 thick cooked turkey breast slices
  • 4 large tomato slices
  • 8 crisp bacon slices
  • Few thin slices of red onion
  • Chopped Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Pepper Sauce
  • 4 favourite bread rolls


  1. Spilt the bread rolls in half. Lightly toast in a medium oven for a few minutes. Remove and let sit for 2 minutes to cool slightly.
  2. Spread the bottom bread halves with mayonnaise.
  3. Top each half with lettuce, 2 slices turkey, red onion, bacon and tomato.
  4. Spread the top bread halves with mustard and dot with pepper sauce. Place on top of the filling, press down a little with palm of hand and cut the sandwich in half. Serve and enjoy.
