Ingredients:
- 8 thick cooked turkey breast slices
- 4 large tomato slices
- 8 crisp bacon slices
- Few thin slices of red onion
- Chopped Lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Pepper Sauce
- 4 favourite bread rolls
Directions:

Spilt the bread rolls in half. Lightly toast in a medium oven for a few minutes. Remove and let sit for 2 minutes to cool slightly.

Spread the bottom bread halves with mayonnaise.

Top each half with lettuce, 2 slices turkey, red onion, bacon and tomato.

Spread the top bread halves with mustard and dot with pepper sauce. Place on top of the filling, press down a little with palm of hand and cut the sandwich in half. Serve and enjoy.
