VEGAN CEVICHE

Complexity: Easy

 Ingredients:

  • Coconut jelly cut into strips in lemon juice for an hour
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • ¬Ĺ tsp coriander
  • Green onions, cut small
  • 1 radish, cut in small thin strips
  • Olive oil
  • A little hot pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Serve cold
