WATERMELON SALAD WITH FETA CHEESE

Complexity: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 3 – 4 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp finely chopped shadon beni
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 – 2 tsp lime juice

Directions:

  1. In a glass bowl add the watermelon, salt, pepper, shadon beni and pepper flakes.
  2. Add the lime juice and the crumbled feta.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for at least ½ hour before serving
