- 3 – 4 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp finely chopped shadon beni
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 – 2 tsp lime juice
In a glass bowl add the watermelon, salt, pepper, shadon beni and pepper flakes.
Add the lime juice and the crumbled feta.
Toss to coat.
Refrigerate for at least ½ hour before serving
