- 2 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 – 3 cups water
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Sift flour and baking powder in bowl.
Add the whole wheat flour, salt and pepper.
Add enough water to mix to a firm but soft dough. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Form into preferred shapes and cook in a large pot of boiling water until done. Dumplings are cooked when they float to the top.
